How long will it take to receive my order?
In general customers should expect to receive their shipments within 1 to 3 working days depending on their location. The effective working days are Saturday to Thursday and do not include public holidays.
My order has been shipped, what next?
Our delivery partner Aramex Courier will contact you once your shipment arrives in the nearest delivery hub to you.
Once your shipment is received at these locations they will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery location and scheduling time.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped you will receive an SMS and an Email with your shipment details. These messages will contain your Airway Bill Number (AWB) which will be a string of numbers e.g. 1234567890. This shipment number can be used to track your shipment.
For e.g. Visit www.aramex.com and enter your AWB in the tracking box. You can use this method to track multiple shipments as well.
Why have I not received my product yet?
Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date; however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we’ll send an e-mail, intimating you about the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date.
How does Zezign pack items?
Don't worry. All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the packaging is waterproof with plastic wrap.
What if I find my package opened or tempered upon delivery?
